How IMPRINT collects, uses, and protects your personal journey.
What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email address and basic profile information. As you use IMPRINT, we store the clearing sessions, check-ins, journal entries, and preferences you create — so your personal journey remains available to you across sessions. Media you record on-device stays on your device unless you choose to save it.
How we use your data
Your data is used to provide and improve your IMPRINT experience: to show your progress, recall your sessions, and personalize recommendations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your clearing entries or journal notes with third parties for advertising.
Who can see your records
Your clearing sessions, inner-child sessions, daily check-ins, and journal entries are visible only to you and, where needed for support, to authorized administrators of the app. Other users cannot access your private records. Public catalog content — such as categories, patterns, and affirmations — is shared with all members.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your sessions and check-ins at any time from within the app. You may request export or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Sensitive spiritual or emotional content is never used to profile you for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain your personal records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. When you close your account, we remove your personal journey data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
